What Type of Payments Do You Accept?
At this time we accept Interac E-transfer payments through an online bank or credit union. We also accept PayPal payment. Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.
Is Tax Included?
We charge 2.5% GST which is listed separately on the invoice.
What Are the Shipping Charges?
All orders over $150.00 are shipped free of charge. For orders under $150.00 there is a $15.00 shipping charge.
What Happens if I Don’t Get My Package?
If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at
we will then immediately start an inquiry with Canada Post. The Canada Post inquiry can take up to 5 business days.
Canada Post Says Successfully Delivered but I Haven’t Received My Package?
Typically there are two possible scenarios that could have occurred:
The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
The most common challenge is the postal worker will scan all of his packages saying they were “successfully delivered” and then spend the next day or two delivering them. If you did not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date please contact us and we will start a trace.
The Tracking Number You Provided Doesn’t Work?
We usually email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 6-24 hours.
If your shipment is deemed “not recoverable” by Canada Post we will send you a replacement package free of charge up to $200.00. We also will pay for shipping and the package will be sent with the “Signature Required” option.
Signature Required Option?
For obvious reasons, all shipments must use the “Signature Required” option. We can only insure the signature required option. We know that this is not always convenient but we have had no challenges to date when this option is used.
Shipping to Nunavut, Northern Ontario and Northern Quebec
Unfortunately the occurrence of theft is quite high in these areas and thus we cannot guarantee delivery if we ship your package there. This means we will not send you a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.
Canada Post Safe Drop Option
We only insure the “Do Not Safe Drop” delivery option and we will not insure the “Safe Drop” delivery option.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
We treat all refunds on a case by case basis. If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit please contact us at
You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. If you have consumed more than a sampling of the product we will deduct the portion consumed from the refund. Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.
What do I need to place an order?
To place an order, you must be over 19 years of age. With every order you will be required to include a photo or scan of a piece of photo ID with the following:
Your birth date, which shows that you are currently over 19 years old
Your mailing address, which matches the mailing address for your account on our site.
Your name, which matches the name for the account on our site.
Once your order is placed, you will receive information on how to send your payment. Please note that if you are not over 19 years of age, or your ID is not valid for any reason, we will cancel your order and refund your money. Once we confirm that you are over 19 years old and that your payment has been received, we will process your order.
